§ 1 Scope and Role as Intermediary

Luxury Car Rental One operates an information and intermediary platform for the rental of sports cars and luxury vehicles. Luxury Car Rental One acts as an intermediary between prospective renters and vetted rental providers. Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a rental agreement between the user and Luxury Car Rental One. The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the user and the respective rental provider.

§ 2 Inquiry Process

Using the form on this website, the user can submit a non-binding rental inquiry. Luxury Car Rental One forwards this inquiry to one or more suitable rental providers from our provider network. The provider then contacts the user directly to submit a binding offer. The user is not entitled to have the inquiry forwarded or to receive an offer.

§ 3 Prices

All prices shown on this website are non-binding guide values. They do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of Section 145 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Only the individual offer prepared by the rental provider after checking current availability is binding. Final prices may differ depending on rental duration, season, mileage package and optional extras (e.g., chauffeur, delivery service).

§ 4 Requirements for Renting a Vehicle

Depending on the vehicle class, minimum requirements apply to the driver's age and length of license held; see the respective vehicle or vehicle class page. When submitting an inquiry, the user confirms that the information provided about age and driver's license is truthful. The final check of the requirements (including presentation of a driver's license, ID card and credit card for the security deposit) is carried out by the rental provider at vehicle handover.

§ 5 Disclaimer of Liability

Luxury Car Rental One is not liable for the services, availability, vehicle condition or compliance with agreed terms by the rental provider. Luxury Car Rental One does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information shown on this website, in particular the prices and technical data. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Luxury Car Rental One for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, or claims under the German Product Liability Act.

§ 6 Data Sharing

By submitting the inquiry, the user agrees that the data entered in the form (name, contact details, rental details) will be forwarded to a rental provider for the purpose of obtaining a rental offer. Further details on data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

§ 7 Cancellation

Cancellation terms (deadlines and any applicable fees) are stated in the individual offer of the respective rental provider and apply to the rental agreement.

§ 8 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
