No. We are an intermediary platform only. We forward your inquiry to a suitable provider. Booking, contract, payment, and handover are handled directly with the provider.
Is my preferred date reserved when I send an inquiry?
No. The preferred date is a non-binding indication for the provider. We do not offer reservations or holds. The provider will tell you about availability and give you an offer.
What requirements do I need to meet?
A minimum age of 25 and at least three years of driving experience are typical. Higher requirements may apply to high-performance vehicles. The provider sets the exact terms.
How much is the deposit?
The provider determines the deposit based on the value of the vehicle. Guide values are listed on the vehicle pages.
Are the vehicles insured?
Rental vehicles are usually covered by liability and comprehensive insurance. The provider states the scope and the deductible in its offer.
How many kilometers are included?
That depends on the provider, the vehicle, and the rental period. Included kilometers and the price for additional kilometers are stated in the provider's offer.
Can I drive abroad?
The provider decides. Please list the countries you plan to visit in your inquiry.
Are the prices binding?
The prices on the site are "from" prices for guidance. Only the provider's offer is binding.
Can I pick up the vehicle at the airport or hotel?
This is common at many locations. The provider will confirm whether it is possible for your vehicle.
Are vehicles available with a chauffeur?
Yes, sedans and vehicles in the Chauffeur Service class can be requested with a driver. The offer comes from the provider.
How can I cancel or pay?
You arrange payment, cancellation, and contract terms directly with the provider. They are set out in the provider's offer.
Can I combine a private jet and a sports car?
